Contact support@befrie.app with your account email, the issue you are seeing, and screenshots if they help explain the problem.

Safety issues

Use the in-app report and block tools for user safety issues. Reports preserve relevant context so they can be reviewed reliably.

Bug reports

For app bugs, include the screen, the action you tried, the error message, and whether it happened on Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Feature requests

Send ideas for new group, activity, chat, or safety features to support@befrie.app. Include what you want to do and why it would help.

FAQ

Why do I verify my ID? Everyone who hosts or joins a group or activity checks their ID once, so the people you meet are who they say they are. How do I report or block someone? Tap them in a group or activity to open their profile, or open the menu in your chat with them, then choose Report or Block. How do I delete my account? In the app, open Profile, then Safety, legal and account, then Delete account.
